My 13 year old cousin just told me she had with a 16 year old?

i am her closest cousin 2 her and im not sure what i should do. she came to me cryin sayin that she didnt me to it just sort of happened. she says this 16 year old guy has been her boyfriend for a month and her parents never new then this happened. i dnt no who this guy is she says she knows him thru a friend. she told me she wont tell anyway who he is cuz they are really close but she really regrets it. her parents dnt really care what she does as long as she gets home sometime at night. she sometimes comes in in the mornin at like 1 from her boyfriend and her parents dnt even ask her what she was doin cuz they are always drunk. she says she cant remember ANYWAY until she realised what he was doin wif her. i dnt no anyythign else. soz about the spelling i m in REALLY BIG HURRY. i was like well if u wnt tell us who he is then this problem wont be solved. what can i do???? im 16 btw. im in a hurry?????????????????? so help????1kthanxbai
