I CAUGHT MY ******* DAD WATCHING O!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!1?

i am so disgusted. my father is married. i am 13 years old my name is jenna im in 8th grade and just today i tiptoed downstairs at 2 am to get a gl of water because i woke up thirsty. so anyway, i tiptoed downstairs and out of the corner of my eye threw a little mirror i saw my 48 year old father who is married.the tv was playing football.and the labtop was playing the most disgusting fowl stomach chruning things i could never ever ever want 2 imagine or ever think of because im not a pervert in the least.he was watching young 2o year old to 30 yer olds (it looked like it) suking and and having and talking and doing disgusting things. i felt so mother ****** violated and disgusted that my very smart hard working father would watch such disgusting things. hes not like this. im not either. i just cant belive him i feel so grossed out and i feel like crying and slapping him hes such a disgusting pervert. i hate him more than anything now i wish he would just go get punched in the face multiple times AND GET SOME SENCE KNOCKED INTO HIM!HE HAS A WIFE! MY mother!he shouldnt be watching other ppl have and do these nasty disgusting perverted silly things its just plain perverted and gross :( please help me and tell me what should i do???????????????hes my dad and i really want to help him quit this immature perverted fukkin game!should i tell my mother?????:( im so confused and disopointed...O.O
