13 weeks and 3 days pregnant and having weird sensations in lower abdomen?

Hi everyone I am currently pregnant with my first and it has its ups and downs but every since I hit abt 10 weeks all of my symptoms have completely dissappeared which did scare me but last night I woke with this weird sensation it was a little painful until I used the bathroom it still was there but not as painful as it was before I know it could be a uti cuz I suffer from that a lot and bv in which nothing is working that also scares me knowin I have bv and it has not been cured for abt a yr now all the medicines and etc have not worked and I'm scared that I may lose the baby over that (bacterial vaginoisis) so my real question is what could have caused that pain in my tummy and how can I get bv cleared for good
