Someone was telling me about a doentary about rich kids, maybe "Silver Spoons". Can anyone find info on it?

It was basically surreal, from what they were telling. Most of my search results got HBO's "Born Rich", but I'm almost certain she said it was called Silver Spoons. Moments of note: A teen slaps his mother after getting a tv that's too small. And a pre-teen skips the country to Jamaica(?) behind her parents back. Ring any bells?
