What can i do about this? crazy druggie aunt?

Ive been living here with my mom for 2 years, its my grandmothers house she left to us, but my aunt lives with us too.. she does drugs.. not really sure which kind, she uses a big torch. I cant have my own opinion, because if its different than hers she gets pissed. I cant lock my door[when i did she got CRAZY and was cursing and yelling for literally two weeks.] she blames me for stealing her things.. yells at me a lot.. basically little things but it happens all the time, which makes it so frustrating. i know she does drugs, wondering if i can turn her in to the cops for it, so maybe she can go away.. can i do this? is there something else i can do? I don't have any place to go... i feel bad for my mom because it stresses her out more, shes such a nice person and she doesnt need to be treated like a child, how my aunt treats her, and we cant afford to move at the moment.. so we are stuck..
