Need help with sewing mannequins?

So I have a project and I would need to be sewing some clothes. I haven't decided on what I would be specifically sewing but most likely dresses and tops. What kind of mannequin would I need to get? Are there any cheap ones I can find in Seattle or online? I have very little experience, please help?
