Question about Truffles?

I am going to make a truffle but I'm not sure if the combination will taste good. Here is what I want to use. 55% dark chocolate, heavy cream , espresso and rum . rolled in coconut flakes. I'm not much of a chocolate person, making this for a friend. I am limited on the amount of alcohol I can use, What are ur suggestions? Or if you know of a better one. Thanks to all
