Oh will i lose the pregnancy? I am worried?

Ok i really need serious help here, please dont be rude. I am married for 6months now, i had a miscarriage two months ago. Well for the past couple of weeks i have been feeling quite on easy, more like i am pregnant. Wel my husband and i didnt want to have a baby now until i have fully healed from the miscarriage ( i know we should have had protected sorry). I bought cytotec (to terminate the pregnancy if i was), took two orally and inserted two in my . I didnt bleed, so just today i went for a pregnancy text and its showed positive. well i am very happy and at the same time worried. I want to know is there any chance i might lose this baby or will it survive the cytotec. I dont wanna go through the pains of having another miscarriage. Well i know i shouldnt have taken the cytotec, i am very worried now people. Need some advice and what to do.
