When does "he's just a child" stop being a valid excuse?

I agree with the others... this child need professional help. I can understand you may not feel comfortable going to his parents about it... I agree when you say you should try to find a way to drop a hint. Maybe with any luck a school teacher will pick up on this and talk to the parents too. This is not normal behavior... I grew up with 5 brothers!! LOL
