My best advice is to repeat what you did, but place the psi wheel in a sealed container (a clear tupperware container is ideal if it is transparent enough for you). This will eliminate any stray air currents which are probably the cause of the movement. Also be sure to place it on a very solid surface. If you still get positive results, you will have accomplished what so far no one has before, so good luck. Please update your question with your results, I'd be interested in what you find.
