Clothes like Forever 21 in Malaysia?

What shops have clothes like Forever 21 in Malaysia? I love their clothes, but I read that their clothes have awful quality. There's not Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, or H & M here, but there's um, Topshop, MNG, Bebe, Principles, Naf Naf, Dorothy Perkins, Salabianca, Elements, Eclipse, Envee and Elle. And a couple others more, but I'm not too sure.
