Does anyone have any clue what this could possibly be?

I'm thinking she may have eaten something in the barn. Is there livestock? Dogs love to get into poop! It almost sounds like when my lab swallowed a baby rabbit- WHOLE! You already know to watch for distress. I hope she has kept her dinner down. Best wishes.
