My husband has liver disease he has had blood tests today and has GGT 498 and AST 324 how bad is this?

a year ago he only had 20 percent of his liver left so we know it must be worse by now as he is still drinking up to 6 litres of cider a day and or tins of strong beer, how bad are these results ??
